The website is provided for general public awareness, archive research, and educational context. It is not a dispatch service, emergency alert system, navigation service, police or fire report, journalistic verification service, or substitute for official instructions.

- Do not contact 911 merely to ask about an incident listed here.
- Do not approach a scene or use map points to bypass a closure, perimeter, or responder instruction.
- Use official sources such as 511PA and public agencies for travel and safety decisions.
Data limitations
Public CAD information can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, corrected, reclassified, removed, or unavailable. A record describes what the public source listed when it was captured; it does not prove what occurred, who was involved, severity, fault, outcome, or response performance. Current status is shown only when the stored source snapshot is recent.
Approximate maps
Map coordinates are estimates created from public location text. Some represent an approximate street or intersection geocode; others are grouped at a municipality-area anchor that is not the listed street or a scene location. Records without a reliable placement remain list-only. No marker should be treated as a verified scene location, property location, or safe route.
Responsible use
You may use the site for lawful personal and community-information purposes. Do not use it to harass, identify, track, profile, interfere with, or endanger residents or responders; overload or probe the service; scrape it in a way that disrupts availability; misrepresent the project as official; or republish data without its limitations and source context.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, current, complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for loss or harm resulting from reliance on public-source data, approximate locations, service interruptions, or third-party services.
Sponsors and donations
Paid sponsors are labeled and do not represent York County or an emergency agency. Donations support project costs and do not purchase emergency services, preferential information, editorial control, or a guaranteed service level.
